Arielle brings a lighthearted approach to teaching; encouraging her students to find joy in movement. Arielle specializes in alignment. Her teaching centers around helping people connect mind and body so that they feel more present and in control mentally and physically. She incorporates her training in Pilates, yoga, meditation, dance, Tai Chi, and Thai bodywork. She has been teaching for nearly two decades and truly believes that movement heals.
Arielle began taking Pilates as a young teenager while studying, as a dance major, at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. Throughout her life, Arielle has studied and taught many forms of movement; she enjoys incorporating that knowledge to help her students. She's a perpetual learner, attending classes, workshops, and continuing education courses to keep her Pilates and movement knowledge expanding. She has been teaching Pilates since 2014, yoga since 2012, and dance since 2008. Her students have ranged in age from 3 to 97. Arielle enjoys and has a lot of experience working with students with hypermoblity and those with hEDS (hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome)

Ariwellness is a classical Pilates studio nestled in the quirky neighborhood of Hampden. It's a small home studio located in the basement of a Baltimore rowhouse. It is equipped with a mixture of Gratz and Peak Pilates equipment
